Website Terms
Last updated: 1 November 2026
These terms apply to this Voltstream information website, including the proposed Mt Piper AI Data Centre Precinct pages. Please contact azhai@voltstreamltd.com with questions about the website or its content.
1. Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about Voltstream’s infrastructure development approach, proposed projects and ways to contact the team. It is not an offer to sell land, capacity, securities or financial products, and does not create a development, supply, investment or partnership agreement.
2. Early development and indicative information
The Mt Piper project is in early development. Stated capacity, site area, connection arrangements, location distances, employment opportunities, water and cooling approaches, community initiatives and delivery dates are proposed or indicative. They remain subject to design development, technical and environmental studies, consultation, commercial agreements, planning and grid approvals. A reference to a network operator, government agency or nearby facility does not imply approval, endorsement or a partnership.
3. Illustrations and forward-looking statements
Architectural images, diagrams and animations are concept illustrations, including AI-generated imagery. They are not verified photographs of an approved or completed development and do not establish final boundaries, layouts or operating arrangements. Forecasts, targets and proposed benefits are not guarantees. Circumstances and project information may change.
4. Decisions and professional advice
Before relying on information for a commercial, property, investment or other significant decision, request current information from the project team and obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances. This website does not provide financial, legal, engineering or planning advice.
5. Enquiries and updates
Sending an enquiry or registering interest does not reserve capacity, secure a commercial opportunity, create an employment relationship or commit either party to an agreement. The current enquiry form opens an email draft in your email application. You must send it yourself to deliver the enquiry. Separate written terms will apply to any future transaction or service.
6. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its availability or security, introduce malicious code, or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content. Do not use contact details from the site for unsolicited bulk messages.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, design and illustrations are protected by intellectual property rights held by their respective owners or licensors. You may view, link to, and print or download reasonable extracts for personal information or internal evaluation, preserving attribution and notices. Other reuse of branding, images or substantial content requires permission unless permitted by law. No licence to use the Voltstream name or logo as an endorsement is granted.
8. Third-party links and availability
Linked services and websites are operated under their own terms. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement. We may update or suspend website content and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Please report errors or broken links to the project team.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not ask you to waive those rights. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of responsibility.
10. Privacy and revisions
See the Privacy Policy for how website enquiries and technical information are handled. These terms may be revised for future use of the site. The date above identifies the current version. Specific signed agreements, if any, govern the matters they cover.
